She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Stevens and Mabel Stevens; and her husband Tom. She is survived by: her daughters, Tonya Berry (Mike) of Portsmouth, OH and Melissa Sullivan of Georgetown, KY; her granddaughters, Olivia Berry, Kennedy Sullivan and Delani Sullivan; and her siblings, Sharon Hammond and Dale Stevens. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Grace Baptist Church (29 Veronica Ln, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
