He is survived by: his children, Mimi Rayburn (James) of Versailles, KY and Corky Withrow; his grandchildren, Candace Rayburn of Euless, TX, Carlyn Alvarez (David) of Price, UT, Ian Michael Hanshaw, Corky Jacob Kash Withrow and Joseph Knox Withrow; his great grandchildren, David James Iralupe Alvarez and Renee Missi Kay Alvarez; and his sister-in-law Pat Groves. He is also survived by sister-in-law (Paul) and numerous nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
