She is survived by: her husband Louis Douglas of Flatwoods, KY.; her children, William Reed (Cathy) of Port St, Jeffrey Douglas of Wheelersburg, OH, Connie Antis of Winchester, KY, Kathy Beyler (Patrick) of Madison, WI, Neva Kirk of Flatwoods, KY, Dena Reed of Flatwoods, KY and Cynthia Franz of Ashland, KY; and her brothers, Elisha Lewis, Jr. of Greenup, KY and Atlee "Ike" Lewis of Greenup, KY. She is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; twenty-seven great-grandchildren.
