It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dennis James Howard (Flatwoods, Kentucky), born in Ashland, Kentucky, who passed away on March 8, 2018, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Odie Howard and Erma Wells Howard; and his siblings, Ronald Howard, Bonnie Carpenter and Maryanne Howard.
He is survived by: his wife Hilda Howard of Ashland, KY; his children, Paul Blair (Laura) of Ashland, KY and Nancy Jones (Donald) of Ashland, KY; his grandchildren, Corie Blair, Joshua Blair, Sara Hall and Johnathan Hall; and his sisters, Betty Murmann (Paul) of Cleveland, OH, Linda Forbes (Michael) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Sandra King (Willard) of Morehead, KY. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
