With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Dennis G. Chapman of Flatwoods, Kentucky, born in Russell, Kentucky, who passed away on December 25, 2020 at the age of 61. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Chapman and Virginia Adams Chapman; and his siblings, Patty Davis, Jean Sisler and David Chapman.
He is survived by: his wife Reba McCoy Chapman; his children, Carrie Dinkens (Jimmy), Sandy Wolfe, Melissa Harper (Andy), Michelle McCoy and Michael Wolfe (Angela); his grandchildren, Dennis Chapman (Shaydin), Jonathan Wolfe, Michael Wolfe, Robert Wolfe, Willard, Kody Keffe, Lilly Savage and Dakota Chapman; his great grandchildren, Jaxston Chapman, Bentley Chapman and Ezmerae Melone; and his siblings, Chester, Robert, Jeff, Mark Chapman and Sandy McCoy.
In lieu of flowers donations are suggested to Carman Funeral Home to assist with final expenses.
