He was predeceased by: his parents, David Thomas Medley and Lettie Scaggs Medley. He is survived by: his wife Helen Hensley Medley of Flatwoods, KY; his daughter Curta (James); his grandchildren, Justin Howell (Gina) of Raceland, KY, Travis Howell (Ashley Stephens) of Raceland, KY, Danielle Moore (Scott) of Grayson, KY, Zackary Waugh (Mackenzie) of Raceland, KY, Ben Waugh (Cailin) of Flatwoods, KY and Makayla; and his great grandchildren, Waylon Howell, Emma Moore, Noah Danner, Briar Howell, Weston Howell, Chloe Moore, Owen Waugh and Lyla Waugh.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Grace Baptist Church (2907 Greenbo Blvd, Flatwoods, KY 41139). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, November 27th 2024 at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Grace Baptist Church.
