He is survived by: his wife Helen Hensley Medley of Flatwoods, KY; his daughter Curta (James); his grandchildren, Justin Howell (Gina) of Raceland, KY, Travis Howell (Ashley Stephens) of Raceland, KY, Danielle Moore (Scott) of Grayson, KY, Zackary Waugh (Mackenzie) of Raceland, KY, Ben Waugh (Cailin) of Flatwoods, KY and Makayla; and his great grandchildren, Waylon Howell, Emma Moore, Noah Danner, Briar Howell, Weston Howell, Chloe Moore, Owen Waugh and Lyla Waugh.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his honor to Grace Baptist Church.
