She is survived by: her husband Paul Dwayne Jacobs of Flatwoods, KY; her children, Kenneth Ray Nall (Kim) of Ashland, KY, Paul Jacobs Jr. of Ashland, KY and Pam Kay Sparks (Ed) of Greenup, KY; and her siblings, Paul Stephens of Ashland, KY, Jerry Stephens of Greenup, KY, Betty Keeton of Middletown, OH, Patty Tackett of Greenup, KY and Linda Linkous of Flatwoods, KY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
