She is survived by: her father Roger Paul Collins of Ironton; her daughters, Megan Jenkins (Brad) of Coal Grove and Grace Cox of Flatwoods, Kentucky; her stepchildren, Courtney Cox of Deering and Keith Cox, Jr. of Deering; her grandchildren, Parker, Jaxson and Sadie Jenkins; and her brothers, Roger Collins, Jr. (Connie) of South Point, Jeff Collins (Lisa) of New Lebonen and Chuck Collins (Janet) of Russell, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
