He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clancy Lewis and Mary Douglas Lewis; his wife Loretta Faye Lewis; his siblings, Franklin, Jerrell, Bobby, Mary Drocella, Ruth Miller (Robert) and Phyllis Lemaster (Kenneth); and his sister-in-law Jill Hicks. He was also cherished by nieces and nephews.
