He is survived by: his wife Bertha Mullins; his children, Rita Griffith (Rodney), Sherry Salyer, Ricky Mullins (Lesa) and David Mullins; his grandchildren, Amy Snead (Jerad), Ryne Salyer (Lacey), Brandon Mullins, Amber Sturgill (Mark), Andrew Mullins, Jeremy Griffith and Colin Griffith; and his great grandchild Khalie Mullins.
