He was predeceased by: his mother Irene Stevens Fultz. He is survived by: his father Johnny Fultz; his daughter Cassie; his wife Angela Tibbs Fultz; his daughters, Nicole McVey (John) and Cassidy Fultz (Tristan Harris); his grandchildren, Milo and Mara McVey; and his siblings, Tony Fultz and Kathy Large (Kenny). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family and friends.
