She was predeceased by: her father John Fredrick Griffith (Edna England Griffith); her husband William Earl "Bud" Fields; and her siblings, Clyde Griffith, Robert Griffith, Tracey Griffith, Freddie Clark, Georgia Hall, Ruth Diedrich and Madeline Fish.
She is survived by: her children, Philip A. Fields (Brenda) of Russell, KY and Vicki Butler (Larry) of Nicholasville, KY. She is also survived by five grandchildren; eighteen great-grandchildren; and a host of extended family and friends.
