He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill and Lorena Bradshaw Sr.. He is survived by: his close friend Karen; his sons, Jason Bradshaw and Nathan Bradshaw (Kayla); his grandchildren, Landyn and Kylie Bradshaw; his brother Gary Bradshaw; and his former wife Teresa Miller.
