She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Bellomy and Samantha Copley Bellomy; her husband Kenneth O'pell; her children, Richard Black, Darrell Black and Angela Kelly; and her siblings, Billy Joe Bellomy and Mary Francis.
She is survived by: her children, Mark Black of Catlettsburg, KY, Frank Black of Catlettsburg, KY, Charles Black (Kim) of Catlettsburg, KY and Leisa Black of Flatwoods, KY; and her siblings, James Douglas Bellomy (Linda) and Donna Jean McCoy (Gordon). She is also survived by nine grandchildren, and several great-grandchildren.
