He is survived by: his wife Jerlis Gibson Napier; his sons, Steve Partin (Lori), Ross Napier, Jr. (Melissa), Joseph Napier and Lonnie Miller; and his grandchildren, Presley Partin, Steven Partin, Abigail Napier, Reid Napier, Dillon Napier, Gabriel Napier and Bentley Sumner. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
