She was predeceased by: her parents, Brandy Smith and Gennie Belle Jones Smith; her husband William Hinkle; her sons, Kenneth Hinkle and Leon Hinkle (Frances); her grandson Jason Hinkle; and her siblings, Birchel, Crit, Sallie, Matthew, Mary and Dave (Albert Smith).
She is survived by: her daughter Carolyn H. McFerrin (David) of Bimble; her grandchildren, Lindsay McFerrin and LeAnn Hinkle-Lane (Robert); her great grandchildren, Emerson, Campbelle Lane, Catherine Martin, Kihran, Kenton and Keva McFerrin; her siblings-in-law, Gustie Hinkle and Landon Hinkle (Linda); and her daughter-in-law JoAnn Hinkle.
