He is survived by: his wife Quillie Black; his daughters, Teresa Partin (Jim) of Barbourville, Melody Allen (Tim) of Flat Lick and Kelly Black (Scott Merida) of Flat Lick; his grandchildren, Dewayne Partin (Becki) of Barbourville, Kaleigh Dozier of Flat Lick and Sadie Merida of Flat Lick; his great grandchild Eli Partin of Barbourville; and his sisters, Jennie Hurst of Berea, Audrey Jordan of Flat Lick and Nora Lee Lawson (Sheryl) of Pineville.
