She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Hinkle and Odie Mae Smith Hinkle; her husband Woodrow Baker; her son Tony Curtis Baker; her grandson Ryan Baker; and her siblings, Cleo McVey, Alice Reynolds, Pauline Gray, Sue Ball, E. J. Hinkle, Vernon Hinkle and Elvert Hinkle.
She is survived by: her children, Debbie Wynn (Jimmy) of Barbourville and Jeffrey Baker (Tammy) of Flat Lick; her grandchildren, Cassie Knuckles (Webb), Skyler Lenny Wynn and Vic; her great grandchildren, Caleb Knuckles, Devin Knuckles, Hallie Shelton (Tyler) and Cayden Baker; her great great grandchild Reed Ely; and her siblings, Anne Creutz (Don Hoagland) of Indiana, Earnest Hinkle (Judy) of Cincinnati and V. A. Hinkle (Marlene) of Cincinnati. She is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
