She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Hampton Powell; and her son Richard Carroll Powell. She is survived by: her daughter Judy; her son-in-law Gene Mills of Vine Grove, KY; and her sons, Larry H. Powell of Flaherty and Leon Powell of Flaherty. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, and 8 great great-grandchildren.
