He is survived by: his daughter Krystal Kay Fackler Cornett (Chris); his grandchildren, Dylan Anthony Lowman, Celise Faith Lowman and Claire Carolyn Cornett; his son-in-law Jason T Lowman; and his siblings, Tony Fackler (Marlene), Sandi Jones (Jimmy) and Debbie McColpin.
He was born March 14, 1954 in New Albany, IN and left this earth on August 12, 2021 after a battle with ALS as a result of COVID-19.
