He is survived by: his wife Shirley Daley of Flaherty; his sons, James Wayne Wheatley (Kerry Ann) of Flaherty, KY and Matthew Ray (Wheatley); his siblings, Whitson Daley (Mary) of Ekron, KY, Walter Daley of Irvington, KY, Marvin Daley (Theresa) of Flaherty, Mark Daley (Tammy) of Flaherty, Tiny Bowen of Vine Grove and Barbara Powell (Barry) of Elizabethtown; his grandchildren, James Earl Wheatley, Brandi N. Laughner, Sarah M. Hertel (Logan), Dustin R. Wheatley and Levi R. Wheatley; and his siblings-in-law, Tom Blackburn (MaryAnne), Donnie Hopkins (Linda), Bonnie Daley of Ohio, Sandra Daley of Ohio and Donna Hopkins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
