She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Lon Ray and Mary Ray; her husband Hardin Whelan; her son Wayne Whelan; her granddaughter Michelle Canaday Vaughan; her daughters, Carolyn Canaday (Glenn) of Vine Grove, KY and Angela Whelan McKenzie of Nicholasville, KY; her grandchildren, Chris Canaday, Pam Tonini (Sergio), Karen Nolcox (Tony), Ryan McKenzie (Casey), Allison Wetzel (Karl) and Matthew McKenzie (Virginia); her great grandchildren, William Vaughan (Brittany), Evan Vaughan (Ashlee), Gabe Nolcox, Ethan Nolcox, Siena Tonini, Simone Tonini, Ruby McKenzie, Daisy McKenzie, Ian Wetzel, Owen Wetzel and Benjamin McKenzie; her great great grandchildren, Brayden Vaughan, Addyson Vaughan, Scarlett Vaughan and Carol Anne Vaughan; and her daughter-in-law June Whelan of Paducah, KY. She was also cherished by nieces, nephews, extended family & friends.
