She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Otho Wilson and Emma Dean Wilson (Ashby); her husband William Gerald "Bill" Slayton, Sr.; her son William Gerald "Jerry" Slayton, Jr.; her great grandchild Caden Michael Satterfield; her daughters, Kim Dunn (Jimmy) and Robin Wilson (Allyen); her daughter-in-law Eva Slayton; and her grandchildren, David, Brandie, Jason, Ashlee, Amanda, Stephanie and Trae. She was also cherished by her family, especially her grandbabies and great grandbabies.
