He is survived by: his wife Denise Bennett Clark of Flaherty, KY; his children, David Clark of Flaherty, KY, Danielle Phelps (Ben) of Ohio, Don Clark of Washington and Nancy Clark of Oregon; and his brother Kevin Winger of Washington. He is also survived by twelve grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
