It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Dale Basham (Flaherty, Kentucky), who passed away on July 5, 2018, at the age of 62, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dale Basham to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Elzie Basham and Martha Basham; and his mother-in-law Betty Jo Hays. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Basham of Flaherty, KY; his son Clayton Lee Basham (Morgan) of Russellville, KY; his granddaughter Addilynn Jo Basham; his brothers, Donald Lee Basham (Paula) of Fort Charlotte, FL. and Larry Edward Basham (Jeanie) of Lexington, SC; and his father-in-law Harlin Hays. He is also survived by several nieces; nephews; and a host of family & friends.
