He was predeceased by: his parent Sylvester Charles. He is survived by: his parent Sarah Catherine Robinson Miller; his spouse Winiver I. Mercer Miller; his siblings, William "Billy" Miller and Genevieve "Ginny" Borgle; his children, Theresa R. Banks (Stanley) of Flaherty, KY, Lisa Miller of La Grange, KY, Clinton J. Miller, Jr. (Kelline) of Gadsden, AL and Charity Mitcham (Jason) of Pell City, AL; his siblings, Annette Kunce of Glasgow, KY, Nancy Miller of La Grange, KY, Sylvester Lee "Pete" Miller (Katie) of Glasgow, KY, Roger Miller (Liz) of Summer Shade, KY and James "Tony" Miller (Barbara) of Summer Shade, KY; his grandchildren, Michelle, Kayla, Piper, Cooper, Kacie, Karie and Katie; and his great grandchildren, Waylon, Chayce, Nathaniel, Leland, Layla, Lexie, Lunden, Justin, Tyler, Bailey and Kylee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Jerry Hampton wrote a sympathy message

“I believe this is the same Clinton Miller I went to ST. Aloysius school with in Pewee Valley. If so i am saddened to hear of his passing. We were on the basketball team together in the 7th and 8th grade. He was a good friend. Jerry Hampton ,Crestwood .Ky.”
