He was predeceased by: his niece Sarah Brooke Bonilla; and his mother-in-law Geraldine Gaddie Tamme. He is survived by: his wife Susan Ross Tamme White; his fathers, Kenneth Allen White Sr. and Ken Rice of Santa Clause, IN; his siblings, Kenneth Allen White Jr. and Monica White Bonilla (Louisville); his nephews, Danny Henson, Chris Henson Nick (Paula), Mark and Brandon Bonilla (Louisville); his niece Kendra White; his aunt Mary Lou Florence (Billy); his great-nieces, Kellie Grace Travis (Louisville) and Harper White; and also, John M. Gaddie (Joyce) and James Ronald Gaddie (Sarah).
