He was predeceased by: his father James Rene Locy. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Locy; his wife Jeannie Locy; his sisters, Stacey Bush (Dave Bush) and Doreen Hurlburt (Paul Hurlburt); his nieces and nephews, Peyton Bush, Jaime Hurlburt, Devin Bush and Marc Hurlburt (Stephanie Hurlburt); his siblings-in-law, Michelle Schmitt (Dale Crawford), Kim Jones and David Schmitt; and his nieces and nephews, Amber Stickler, Felisha Weller (Eric), Matthew Simpson of Louisville, KY and Brian Simpson.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Animal Care Society of Louisville or to Wounded Warrior Project.
