It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Lorene Montgomery of Fisherville, Kentucky, who passed away on June 16, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willie Herron and Maggie Green Herron; and her siblings, Margie Herron, Ruth Herron, Barbara Pimperton, Eva Sowders, Helen'Bootsie'Ortensie, Betty Jean Cardin, James and William Herron.

She is survived by: her children, Dianna Jenkins (John) of Fisherville, KY, James David Montgomery (Sara) of Deputy, IN, Robert Montgomery (Carla) of Adams Run, SC and Daniel Montgomery (Kelly) of Underwood, IN; and her sisters, Jan Graff and Lucille Jones. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
