She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Duane Foor, Arthur and Lucy Herman. She is survived by: her parents, Timothy Foor and Helen Foor; her brother Wesley Foor (Morgan) of Richmond, Virginia; and her grandmother Frances Foor. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles and cousins; and many worldwide friends.
