He is survived by: his children, Margaret Cermak and Michael Cermak (Mary); his grandsons, Michel Margaret Lehrer, Paul Campbell and Michael Cermak (Shanna); his great grandchildren, Damian, Laura Rose, Paul, Victoria and Mikey; and his siblings, Jack, Bob and Rosemarie Cermak. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
