He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Mattingly and Sally Mattingly. He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Engler (Bill), Robbie Mattingly (Sherry), Betty Shelden (John) and William Mattingly (Stacey); his sister Fran Steinberger (Glen); and his sister-in-law Joyce Mattingly. He is also survived by friends as a loving husband, dad.
