She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Houchins and Gertie Kinser Houchins; her husband William B. Schultz; and her siblings, Joseph, Tommy, Earl, Jimmie Houchins, Virgie Booker, Ella Perna and June Priddy.

She is survived by: her children, Laura Pohlmann (David), Benjamin Schultz (Lana) and Patrick Schultz (Carol); her grandchildren, Aubrey, Jackson Pohlmann, Dustin Elder, Erica Messer (Corey) and Leah Jane Schultz; her great grandchild Aiden Messer; her sister Mary Alice Vincent (Johny); her sisters-in-law, Nellie, Betty Houchins and Suzanne Schwartz (William); and her aunt Barbara Quinton. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
