He was predeceased by: his brother Patrick Heitzman. He is survived by: his wife Stephanie Uptain Heitzman; his children, Kelly Loyless (David), Aaron Heitzman (April) and Joshua Heitzman (Veronica); and his brothers, Terry, Keith and Gary Heitzmen.
