He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, James H. Green and Polly Green (Thompson); his wife Cathie; his daughters, Cindee Warren (Michael) of Green Bay, WI and Lindsay Hyberger (Travis) of Louisville, KY; his grandchildren, Lily, Micah, Annabel Warren, June and Jorgie Hyberger; and his siblings, Kenny Green and Vickie Barnett (Green). He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
