Margaret Hafley Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Margaret Hafley of Ferguson, Kentucky, who passed away on March 29, 2022 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Sexton and Mae Doolin Sexton; her children, Ardyth Ray Prather, Jr. and Debbie Knecht (Tom) of Pewee Valley, KY.; her siblings, James, Charles, Pat Sexton, Wanda Persell Marjorie Boone, Stella Holloway, Roberta Newell and Arlene Schultian; and her grandson-in-law Daniel Shomate.
She is survived by: her former husband Ardyth Ray Prather, Sr.; her grandchildren, Brandi Prather, Ardyth Ray Prather III, Chastity Welsh and Rachel Shomate; her great grandchildren, Bennett Tucker, Bryce Tucker, Bradley Tucker, Austin Prather, Adison Welsh, Olivia Welsh, Lucas Shomate and Reed Shomate; her great great grandchild Adalyn Prather; and her sisters-in-law, Barbara and Fayrene Sexton. She is also survived by relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to the Ferguson Baptist Church Parking Lot Fund, P.O. Box 162, Somerset, KY 42502.
