We are sad to announce that on September 15, 2021, at the age of 52, Larry Nicklas of Ferguson, Kentucky, born in Somerset, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Theodore Nicklas; his brothers, Benny Nicklas and Gary Nicklas; his nephew Charles Nicklas; and his grandparents, Clay and Maude Tarter.
He is survived by: his mother Ruth Tarter Nicklas; his children, Robin Gregory (George) of Stearns and Alan Nicklas of Somerset; his sisters, Kathy Shores of Somerset, Rena Abbott of Somerset and Mary Prichard (Ricky) of Liberty; his grandchildren, Parker Gregory, Abbie Keith, Levi Gregory, Cameron Nicklas and Riley Glover; his nieces and nephews, Nathan Nicklas, Brittany Shores (Zack Baker), Tommy Shores, David Shores, Jr., Valarie Rollins (Matt), Jenifer Baker (J. D. Hubbard), Richie Abbott, Joel Prichard (Hannah), Amber Durham (Chayse) and Anthony Nicklas; his friend Bobby Shoopman; and his close friend Richard Abbott. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
