He is survived by: his wife Delores Cook; his children, Jamie Walker (Christopher) of Somerset, Jenny Brumley (Phillip) of Somerset and Jimmy Cook of Somerset; his siblings, Robert Cook (Carol) of Eubank, Sue Bryan (Frank) of Somerset, Elaine Cook of Somerset and Cathy King of Somerset; his sister-in-law Patty Roberts Dugger; and his grandchildren, Delores, Austin Adams, Dustin, Kela Mayfield, Jonthan Mayfield, Josh Mayfield (Katie), James, Kim Wesley, Tiffany Wesley, Dominick Cook, Ashley Cook and Nathan Gibson, Jr.. He is also survived by 20 great-grandchildren.
