She was predeceased by: her parents, James Hiram and Dolly Isabelle Freeman Hall; her husband Kenneth Murphy; her stepson Kendall Murphy; and her siblings, James Hall, Gerald "Jerry" Hall, Vola Ray Hall, Thelma Smith, Elsie Phelps, Juanita Sumpter and Della Stutler.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Randy Murphy (Debbie) of Kingsport, TN and Yvonne Barbour (Steve Mearns) of Seattle, WA; her siblings, Everett Hall of Falmouth, KY and Gayle Hale of South Carolina; and her stepdaughter-in-law Darlene Murphy. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests expressions of sympathy take the form of contributions to Hospice of Lake Cumberland, 100 Parkway Drive, Somerset, KY 42503.
