He is survived by: his wife Loraine Ping Whitaker of Ferguson; his sons, Curtis Whitaker of Ferguson, Jeff Whitaker of Ferguson and Tony Whitaker of Ferguson; his brother Sam Whitaker of Somerset; his siblings-in-law, Don Ping, Richard Ping, Gerald Ping, Marie Hudson, Thelma Phillips, Linda Mefford and Alberta Miller; his niece Sherry Cash; and his nephew David Russell. He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and other family members.
