He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ann Raper; his children, Josh Raper (Danelle) of Farmington, KY, Caleb Raper (Angela) of Mayfield, KY, Jennifer Raper Mendenhall (Mark) and Sarah Raper of Cross Lanes, WV.; and his sister Kathy Raper Galloway of Mena.
