He was predeceased by: his wife Jessie Weaks; his stepson Marty Canter; and his parents, Karl Weaks and Juanita Jackson. He is survived by: his children, Mike Weaks of Farmington, KY, David Weaks of Sedalia, KY, Cathy Crawford (Mark) of Mayfield, KY and Candace Weaks of Mayfield, KY; his stepdaughter Stacey Hobbs of Farmington, KY; his brother Roy Weaks of Mesa, AZ; and his grandchildren, Adam Crawford, John Michael Weaks, Zachary Weaks, Jeremy Perkins, Blake Gibson, Jacob Canter, Nash Canter and Chase Hobbs. He is also survived by fifteen great grandchildren.
