He is survived by: his wife Nelda Heath Adair; his children, Tony Adair (Melissa) of Murray, KY and Dana Adair of Farmington, KY; his grandson Jesse Page (Christy) of Pryorsburg, KY; and his great grandchild Hannah Page.
