He was predeceased by: his wife Melba Jean Sanderson; his parents, William Howard Sanderson and Mildred Gillihan Sanderson; his siblings, Besse Minehart and Donald Sanderson; and his great grandchild William Tyler Finley.
He is survived by: his children, Gary Glenn Sanderson of Cibilo, Pamela Woods (Larry) of Paducah and William Howard Sanderson of Cibilo; his sisters, Betty McBroom of Sulfer Springs and Wanda Norden of Brosley; and his grandchildren, Marvin, Mike, Chris, Jenny, Kenneth, Heather, Nick, Stacey, Aaron, Josh, Brandon, Brad, Will, Shannon, Miranda, Ashley and Amanda. He is also survived by nineteen great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; friends.
