He is survived by: his wife Ermine; his daughter Lisa Dawn Wells (Scott) of Benton; his stepchildren, Latonya Hesterberg (Rick) of Morehead, Troy Hogge (Suzanne) of Salt Lick and Randy Jones (Marilyn) of Benton; his siblings, Roger Stevens (Marcella) of Franklin and Diana Stevens of Maryville; and his sister-in-law Betty Stevens of Morehead. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
