He was predeceased by: his wife Deborah A. Russelburg; his siblings, Diane Russelburg and David Russelburg; and his parents, James Roscoe and Anna Martina Elliott Russelburg.
He is survived by: his children, Dwane James Russelburg of Gays Creek, Michele Amos (Timothy) of Winchester and Jodie Revils (Nancy) of Katy; his grandchildren, Dakota Walker (Taylor), Nathaniel Walker, Kodi King (Josh) and Austin Amos (Nicole); his former wife Cora Russelburg of Gays Creek; and his siblings, Judy Willett (John) of Cunningham, Sue Nikodemski (Bruno) of Colorado Springs, Billy Russelburg (Cindy) of Fancy Farm, Rita Hemmerich (Dale) of Paducah, Angie Hamilton of San Diego and Teresa Reddick (Sam) of Bardwell. He is also survived by 3 aunts; 2 uncles; several nieces & nephews and great-nieces & great-nephews.
