He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas R. Elliott and Juanita Davis Elliott. He is survived by: his wife Gayla Willett Elliott; his children, Rebecca Butler (Matt) of Fancy Farm, Shannah Elliott of Benton, John Paul Elliott of Fancy Farm and Thomas Andrew Elliott (Audrey) of Murray; and his siblings, Susie Toon of Fancy Farm, Rachel Elliott of Lowes, Andy Elliott of Fancy Farm and Will Elliott of Fancy Farm. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren.
