He was predeceased by: his parents, James L. O'Guinn and Barbara Dean Brooks O'Guinn. He is survived by: his wife Rhonda Perkins O'Guinn of Fancy Farm; his children, Brett O'Guinn (Sarah) of Fancy Farm and Jennifer Wilson (Tim) of Hickory; and his siblings, Jimmy O'Guinn (Betty) of Fancy Farm, Steve O'Guinn (Connie) of Fancy Farm and Teresa Hobbs (Phil) of Fancy Farm. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
