He was predeceased by: his parents, James Martin and Rose Nell Brown Ballard. He is survived by: his siblings, Daisy Dowdy of Cuba, Charles Ballard (Margret) of Paducah, William York Ballard (Hedi) of Paducah and Thomas L. Ballard (Nancy) of Farmington. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
