He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Harold and Mary Eula Willett (Mills); and his siblings, Elton Willett, Father David Willett, Jean Willett and Marian Willett.
He is survived by: his daughters, Gayla Elliott of Mayfield, KY, Sherry Crider (Jason) of Golo, KY and Jennifer Kaler (David) of Mayfield, KY; and his siblings, Kenneth Willett of Alabama, Judy Johnson of Iowa, Mary Ann Voglewede of Delaware and Carol Speed of Fancy Farm, KY. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
